Open Power began as a project to transform energy management for communities.

We initially developed advanced tools to optimise validator management for small teams. However, given the complexity of installing and running nodes, our modest VaaS company grew at a remarkable pace.

We soon realised that VaaS centralises control and cannot serve a network effectively. To solve this, we transformed our platform into a SaaS solution—enabling anyone to launch and run their own node with full control over location and infrastructure. Now, network operators manage their nodes independently, while Open Power handles the complexity.
